Eagles Valley Poultry is a well established poultry processing abattoir situated in the Hartebeespoort Dam area, North West Province.
Eagles Valley Poultry has grown from humble beginnings to establish itself as a proud contender in the poultry industry, always striving to offer quality and service excellence, not only in our products, but in every facet of the business.
Established in 2005 and situated in the Hartbeespoort Dam area, our service offering is based on a “Farm-to-Fork” model, a process that spans from parent breeder flocks to the supply of fresh and frozen poultry products to the retail, wholesale and food service markets.
Eagles Valley Poultry is Halaal approved by MJC as well as SANHA. Its food safety system is certified compliant with the requirements of HACCP and the company is a certified exporter of frozen and fresh chicken products.
Food safety and health standards are critical to our operations, and we are committed to ensuring that we maintain the highest quality and health standards at all times.
Our factory is routinely inspected and audited by the Department of Agriculture as part of their Hygiene Assessment System (HAS) which is based on the meat hygiene standards laid out in the Meat Hygiene Act 40 of 2000, as well as The Health Act 61 of 2003/R918 of 1999, which are the Regulations governing general hygiene requirements for Food Premises and the Transport of Food. Eagles Valley Poultry has consistently managed to achieve a first-class rating in this system (>90%) and has attained excellent scores for every audit.
